A single Agreement covering the Terms of Service (Part A), Privacy Policy (Part B), and Acceptable Use Policy (Part C). One acceptance at signup covers all three.
By checking "I agree" or using the Service, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy (Part B), and the Acceptable Use Policy (Part C) — together, the "Agreement". You must be 18 or older to use the Service.
The Service was formerly offered as "StayCool" and "ARIA Code"; those names and the domains ariacode.io / staycool.ai now refer to Vox Ordo (voxordo.io / voxordo.ai).
Operator: InSync Tech ("we", "us"). Service: Vox Ordo and the Aria runner/agent ("the Service"). Effective date: (set on publish).
Vox Ordo is a bring-your-own-key (BYOK) hosted terminal + voice agent. You run your own coding/agent session ("the runner") powered by your own LLM subscription or API key, and a voice line ("Aria") that — only when you enable it — can read your context, write code, and operate your computer. Aria never sees or stores your own LLM key; your own subscription pays for your own model usage, except where you separately purchase our metered Credits or Minutes (§4).
Current prices are always shown at checkout; the prices at your time of purchase govern your plan.
Three things you may pay for, billed through Stripe:
Other metered tools (e.g., SMS/email packs) are sold above our vendor cost. Web search, calendar, and email-reading remain free. We will give 30 days' notice before changing a subscription price for existing customers. Credit availability depends on our developer account being funded and the Service is provided on a best-effort basis (no SLA at launch).
All sales are final — no refunds. You may cancel anytime; a subscription cancels at the end of the current billing period (you keep access until then), and we do not provide partial or prorated refunds. Credits and Minutes are non-refundable once purchased (Minutes additionally do not roll over). A payment chargeback may result in immediate suspension and clawback of granted Credits/tools.
Your identity is anchored to your email; merging accounts moves your Credits and sessions to that anchor. We may suspend or terminate for non-payment, fraud, or violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, with notice where feasible. Non-payment causes your runner to become inactive until resolved.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Aria runner to access the Service. You may not resell the Service, resell Vox Ordo Credits, or redistribute the runner except as we provide. Skills and tools you purchase are licensed, not sold.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Because the Service can edit your code and operate your computer, you are responsible for backups and for reviewing changes before you accept them (the Service stages diffs for your approval and applies server-side changes only with backups, never deleting).
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration with a class-action waiver; either party may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court.
We may update this Agreement; material changes get notice, and continued use after the effective date is acceptance. Each version is recorded (see §17).
What we collect, why, and where it lives. Vox Ordo is local-first and sovereign by design: your dictation/Lumen capture data lives on your own disk, not our servers, unless you connect it to the server-side runner.
We share data with: Anthropic (LLM), ElevenLabs (voice + call recording), Twilio (telephony/SMS), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and our hosting provider. A current list is maintained on request; business customers may request a DPA.
We protect your data with encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for customer data (LUKS2 AES-256 with the key held off-disk), hashing of security codes/PINs (never stored in plaintext), TOTP-gated access, per-user cryptographic identities, owner-scoped data isolation, and disk/computer-control access that is off by default, allow-listed, and audited.
— the original 2026-06-12 clickwrap stated no encryption at rest. Encryption-at-rest Phase 1 was built 2026-06-27 (LUKS2 AES-256). This clause now reflects the built state; confirm it is live on the box serving paying users before publishing.
Default retention is 30 days. You can change your retention window manually to 7, 30, 90, or 180 days. There is a hard maximum of 6 months (180 days) — we do not hold your data longer than that. When data ages out it is archived (soft-deleted, recoverable), never hard-deleted, and we give notice before any wipe.
You may export your data (/account/export) or request deletion at any time; we honor deletion requests within 30 days (subject to legal and billing retention). We aim to align with GDPR/CCPA.
— retention above reflects the retention policy Ian locked 2026-07-05 (default 30 · manual 7/30/90/180 · hard max 6 months · archive-not-delete) and supersedes the older clickwrap's "24-month call retention / 30-day post-cancel" language. Confirm this policy is what binds users at launch.
You agree not to:
Violations may result in immediate suspension (§7).
You accept this Agreement by a single checkbox at signup — "I agree to the Terms of Service & Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy" — which covers all three Parts (A/B/C) as one linked Agreement. The checkbox is unchecked by default and the create-account button is disabled until you check it. We record each acceptance (document version, timestamp, IP, and browser) and keep every version of this document immutable so we can show exactly what you agreed to. We re-prompt only when a material change ships.

Opt-in. You receive messages only after you opt in — by creating an account and agreeing to receive texts from your assistant, or by texting your assigned assistant number first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your use of the Service. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For how we handle your mobile information, see the Privacy Policy, including its SMS/text-messaging privacy section: mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties.
